Your Personality Is Your Fate – Jungian Psychology in Business
Members of the MBA community took part in the training session “Your Personality Is Your Fate: The Practical Application of Jungian Theory in Business”, dedicated to the practical application of Carl Gustav Jung’s psychological concepts in business, leadership and everyday life.
The workshop explored themes such as the mask, the shadow, the persona and archetypes. The discussion went beyond leadership and management, encouraging reflection on how personality shapes communication, relationships, attitudes and responses to challenges in both professional and personal life.
