Executive MBA Poznań–Atlanta Association joins the 2nd International Provocative Congress as a partner
The Executive MBA Poznań–Atlanta Association is pleased to announce its partnership with the 2nd International Provocative Congress, “Boundaries of Closeness”, organised by Fundacja Provocare.
The Congress will take place on 16–18 October 2026, combining an international online programme with two days of live sessions in Warsaw.
Bringing together perspectives from psychology, coaching, education, business, improvisation and the arts, the three-day event will feature 35 speakers from Poland and around the world, representing a broad range of disciplines related to communication, personal and professional development, leadership and working with people.
International experts and practitioners
Among the speakers are internationally recognised experts and students of Frank Farrelly, the creator of Provocative Therapy, including:
- Dr E. Noni Höfner – creator of the Provocative Style and representative of DIP Munich,
- Jaap Hollander – one of the pioneers of Provocative Coaching and creator of the MindSonar assessment,
- Steve Wells – Australian pioneer of Provocative Energy Techniques (PET),
- William Hall – internationally recognised improvisational theatre trainer,
- Jeroen Stek – specialist in using humour to challenge defensive patterns,
- Prof. UAM Maciej Błaszak, PhD, DSc – providing a scientific perspective rooted in neuroscience and cognitive science,
- Marta Król – leading a workshop focused on working with the body, voice and emotions.
We are also pleased to announce that Filip Jesion, CEO of the Executive MBA Poznań–Atlanta Association, will be one of the speakers at the Congress, representing our community in the programme.
Three days of learning, practice and exchange
The programme combines a variety of formats designed to encourage both reflection and practical experience, including:
- workshops,
- lectures and live sessions,
- international panel discussions,
- live demonstration sessions,
- a provocative improvisational performance,
- a concert,
- and access to recordings of selected sessions through the Congress Library.
On 16 October, the Congress will be held online, with international lectures, workshops and panels supported by live translation.
On 17–18 October, participants will be able to join the event in person in Warsaw as well as online. These two days will place particular emphasis on practice, live demonstrations and experiential sessions, culminating in an evening provocative-improvisational performance.
Who is the Congress for?
Previous experience with the provocative approach is not required.
The Congress is intended not only for practitioners, but also for anyone interested in communication, leadership, personal and professional development, working with emotions and building authentic relationships.
It may be particularly relevant to:
- business leaders and managers,
- HR professionals,
- educators,
- coaches, trainers and mentors,
- psychologists and helping professionals,
- performers and artists,
- and anyone whose professional role involves communication, development or supporting others.
Supporting a wider social initiative
Participation in the Congress also contributes to the nationwide Polish project “Dawka poMOCy – Toolkit for Helpers”, which aims to develop a digital collection of knowledge, practical tools and psychological support techniques for professionals whose work involves helping and supporting others.
