Inclusivity in Business – Building Stronger and More Responsible Organisations
The Executive MBA Poznań–Atlanta Association hosted a live webinar with audience participation dedicated to the role of inclusivity in today’s business environment.
The discussion explored what inclusivity means in practice and why it goes beyond policies, declarations and good intentions. Participants considered how organisations can create workplaces, services, teams and leadership cultures in which different experiences, needs and perspectives are genuinely recognised, respected and treated as a source of value.
The meeting also highlighted how inclusive thinking can support stronger teams, healthier organisational cultures and more responsible business decisions, positioning inclusivity as an integral part of modern leadership and organisational development.
