Executive MBA Poznań–Atlanta Electives Weekend

Students and graduates of the Executive MBA Poznań–Atlanta Programme took part in an intensive Electives Weekend focused on practical, future-oriented learning and the challenges of today’s business environment.

Participants could choose four out of ten elective courses covering leadership, career development, psychology, compliance, cybersecurity, internationalisation and sustainable transport. The programme included topics ranging from oil markets and low-emission transport to resilience and burnout prevention, high-performing teams, cybersecurity crisis management, unconscious bias, expansion into East Asia and successful career change.

The Electives Weekend gave participants an opportunity to tailor their learning experience to their professional interests, gain practical insights from different fields and strengthen connections within the Executive MBA Poznań–Atlanta community.
