An unique seminar titled \u201cYour Personality Is Your Destiny \u2013 Applying Jung\u2019s Theory in Business Practice\u201d was held at the Pozna\u0144 University of Economics and Business, bringing together business leaders and practitioners from various fields.<\/p>\n
The session was led by Wojciech Moli\u0144ski, Vice President for Human Resources at Kompania Piwowarska, former HR Board Member at Volkswagen Pozna\u0144, and a graduate in psychology from the Catholic University of Lublin. <\/p>\n
During the seminar, participants were introduced to the key principles of Carl Gustav Jung\u2019s theory, illustrated with practical examples drawn from the speaker\u2019s extensive leadership experience in international corporations. The session combined a presentation with a moderated discussion, encouraging reflection and the exchange of insights. <\/p>\n
The seminar was addressed to business leaders and practitioners \u2013 not limited to the HR function \u2013 interested in understanding how personality influences leadership, communication, and decision-making.<\/p>\n
