Our members come from various business environments, have extensive managerial experience. This is the basis for the meetings and workshops we organize with entrepreneurs, students, universities, local government institutions and organizations that we can support or help.
Filip Jesion
CEO
With over 20 years of experience in the music industry, Filip blends his passion for arts and business. He holds a Master’s degree in Polish Philology and an Executive MBA from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny in Poznań. Additionally, he has a postgraduate degree in Psychology in Business. His expertise in managing international independent bands and securing European Union funds for businesses and governments makes him a vital asset to the MBA association.
Austin Campbell
VICE-CEO
Founder and Managing Director of CAPS Group, Austin has led the company since its inception in 2003, growing it into a multi-country retail services business. He holds a degree in Political Science and History and completed the Poznań-Atlanta Executive MBA Program in 2008. His entrepreneurial ventures span both profit and non-profit initiatives in Poland, the USA, and beyond. Outside of business, his interests include politics, languages, running, and humor.
Kamila Słabowska
Treasurer
Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Nevia Capital, she supports clients in executing restructuring strategies, M&A processes, and capturing synergies to build long-term value. With a Master’s in Economics (2003) and an Executive MBA (2013), she brings 20 years of executive leadership experience in finance and operations across Polish and international companies. She is passionate about community building and professional networking—and makes keeping the association’s numbers crystal clear a top priority.
Maciej Szwejda
Legal
A lawyer with 20 years of experience, Maciej is a graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He has managed legal departments in large corporations, including those listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. An MBA graduate with honors from the Poznań-Atlanta program, he specializes in change management in mergers and acquisitions. Maciej is also the author of educational materials on M&A processes for the Poznań University of Economics.
