The meeting “Fine Gold Company 1840” brought members together around the history of a multi-generational jewelry company and reflections on long-term business development. The guest of the event was Wojciech Kruk – a renowned jeweller, entrepreneur, senator, President of the Wielkopolska Chamber of Industry and Commerce, and author of the book Wojciech Kruk. The discussion focused on the challenges of multi-generational entrepreneurship, the importance of values and responsibility in leadership, and the role of continuity and identity in organizational development. The meeting also provided space for experience sharing and in-depth dialogue.
