Beyond Management: Reading for the Whole Mind – Association’s Book Club

A group of about a dozen people stand together in a lecture hall after an event or meeting, posing for a photo together against the backdrop of the stage.

As part of the Association’s activities, Beyond Management: Reading for the Whole Mind was launched as a book club initiative for members of the Executive MBA Poznań–Atlanta Association.

Led by Ania Olichwier, the book club provides a space for thoughtful conversation, curiosity, and deeper reflection. The initiative encourages participants to move beyond the traditional “business bookshelf” and engage with literature that broadens perspective – in relation to others, to oneself, and to the world at large.

The club meets on a monthly basis, focusing on the exchange of ideas, dialogue, and a deeper understanding of human experience, while highlighting literature as an important element of personal and intellectual development.
