Your Personality Is Your Destiny – Applying Jung’s Theory in Business Practice
An unique seminar titled “Your Personality Is Your Destiny – Applying Jung’s Theory in Business Practice” was held at the Poznań University of Economics and Business, bringing together business leaders and practitioners from various fields.
The session was led by Wojciech Moliński, Vice President for Human Resources at Kompania Piwowarska, former HR Board Member at Volkswagen Poznań, and a graduate in psychology from the Catholic University of Lublin.
During the seminar, participants were introduced to the key principles of Carl Gustav Jung’s theory, illustrated with practical examples drawn from the speaker’s extensive leadership experience in international corporations. The session combined a presentation with a moderated discussion, encouraging reflection and the exchange of insights.
The seminar was addressed to business leaders and practitioners – not limited to the HR function – interested in understanding how personality influences leadership, communication, and decision-making.
