On March 17, the EMBA Association Poznań-Atlanta had the pleasure of hosting a compelling webinar titled “HR Misconceptions, Assumptions, and Expectations,” led by Edyta Kaźmierczak-Pawlak—a respected HR expert and founder of HR Quality Talent.
Edyta, who also leads the HR team at Int4 AG, shared her global experience in navigating complex HR landscapes. She addressed common myths and misunderstandings in the field, while offering practical insights into building effective, people-centered HR strategies.
