After two years of hard work, sacrifice, and personal growth, the EMBA Poznan-Atlanta 2024 cohort celebrated their graduation and joined us as EMBA Poznan-Atlanta Alumni, with – for now – free weekends to fill with other priorities.
Dr J. Jastrzębski spoke about how an MBA is not a one-size-fits-all solution, but a reflection of a manager who is already committed to self-improvement and leadership. The degree symbolizes more than just academic achievement; it shows a relentless pursuit of self-improvement and excellence.
Paula eloquently related her MBA journey to a shared class playlist, with each song representing an experience forming a unique and irreplaceable part of the whole journey. The relationships, forged through shared challenges, will carry us forward in both our professional and personal lives.
Serhii’s words resonated with all of us as he spoke about overcoming adversity, reminding us of the strength we’ve gained through this experience. He wished us futures that are strong, safe, and interconnected—bound by the resilience we’ve developed.
Additionally, the celebration also boasted a moving choral performance, including a beautiful rendition of a Disney song that touched everyone in the room.
For those of us reflecting back to our graduation, it is crucial to remember that it is about far more than just the title; it is about pushing our limits, forming lifelong connections, and rising to challenges, whatever and wherever they might be.
Let’s ensure this cohort feels like a valued member of our EMBA Alumni family.
