The Executive MBA Poznań–Atlanta Association, in cooperation with Erga Omnes and the Poznań Founders Community, hosted an intergenerational meeting dedicated to inclusiveness in social life and business. The event opened a new series designed to create space for dialogue across generations and address challenges relevant to both professional and personal life.

Aleksandra Los (Relayn, Poznań Founders Community, ex-Bitcoin Association, ex-Accenture) opened the meeting with “Invisible Fire. Why Women and Men Fail to Notice Their Own Burnout?”, offering a multidimensional perspective on professional and personal burnout — from women’s “role overload” to men’s “isolation in success” — and on how cultural expectations around strength and productivity can obscure warning signals.

The second lecture, “The Scandinavian Style of Inclusiveness and Democracy vs. Professional and Personal Burnout and Exclusion”, was delivered by Austin Campbell, Vice-President of the Executive MBA Poznań–Atlanta Association and representative of CAPS Group S.A. The presentations were followed by an open discussion and Q&A, bringing together different experiences and perspectives on inclusiveness, burnout and intergenerational dialogue.
