We celebrate three decades of world-class management education that, since 1995, has shaped leaders of the modern economy and connected them through the Executive MBA Poznań–Atlanta Alumni Association.
Thirty years ago, the idea was born to create, in the heart of Poznań, a program that would combine academic excellence with the practice of global business. Today, Executive MBA Poznań–Atlanta stands for hundreds of graduates, thousands of projects, and countless stories of leaders who are transforming the world around us.
During the 30th Anniversary Gala, we celebrate not only our past but also our future — full of new challenges, partnerships, and inspiration.

Journalist, commentator, and public speaking coach, reporter and former anchor of Wiadomości and Panorama, as well as a long-time TVP correspondent in the United States. Author and inspirational speaker, she has been actively involved for years in promoting equality and the professional development of women in business and the media. Her professionalism, charisma, and passion for meaningful dialogue give every event a unique and inspiring character.

Austin Campbell

Austin Campbell is the Group Managing Director of CAPS Group, an international retail services company headquartered in Poznań, Poland. Since founding the business in 2003, he has led it into becoming a multinational organization operating in 15 countries, employing over 200 people, and generating annual sales exceeding USD 40 million.
Beyond business, Austin strongly believes in the work of non-profit organizations, associations, and think tanks. He actively supports such groups, including the Stowarzyszenie Na Tak, Poznań-Atlanta MBA Association, and Chatham House think tank.
In his personal life, Austin is passionate about running, reading, and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters.

Dawid Jakubowicz

Dawid Jakubowicz President of the Management Board and executive leader with international operational experience in building enterprise value across the chemical, mining, energy, automotive, and new technology sectors.
Since 2010, he has been associated with Kulczyk Investments, where he oversees and develops the company’s global investment portfolio.
From 2018 to 2023, he served as President of the Management Board of CIECH S.A. (now Qemetica S.A.) – a leading chemical group based in the European Union, then listed on two stock exchanges, employing over 3,800 people and operating nine manufacturing plants within six business units, including soda, salt, crop protection, glass and silicates, and polyurethane foams. Under his leadership, the company successfully implemented a strategy that significantly increased cash flow generation. Through consistent management focused on operational excellence and a goal-driven corporate culture built around teamwork, CIECH achieved record financial results in 2022.
Earlier in his career, he worked at KPMG Audit, where he was responsible for auditing individual and consolidated financial statements for clients across multiple industries.
Since 2014, he has been a Certified Auditor, registered with the Polish Chamber of Statutory Auditors. He completed the Program for Leadership Development (PLD) at Harvard Business School in Boston and the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University. He also holds an MBA degree from the Poznań University of Economics and Business and Georgia State University, and graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the Poznań University of Economics and Business.

Prof. Marek Karczewski, MD, PhD Head of the Department of General and Transplant Surgery at the University Clinical Hospital in Poznań, as well as founder and co-owner of the Solumed Clinic.
Born on February 7, 1966, in Poznań, he graduated from the Karol Marcinkowski University of Medical Sciences in Poznań in 1991 with a Doctor of Medicine degree. Between 1993 and 1995, he completed a research fellowship in the Division of Immunology and Organ Transplantation at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, USA, and passed the ECFMG certification exam for foreign medical graduates.
In 2007, he earned an MBA degree from the Poznań University of Economics and Business and Georgia State University in Atlanta, USA. He received his PhD in Medical Sciences in 1997, his habilitation in 2013, and the title of Professor of Medical Sciences in 2017.
A specialist in general surgery and clinical transplantology, he has also completed specialization programs in vascular surgery and oncological surgery. His international training includes residencies and fellowships at the Montpellier University Hospital Center (France), the University of Texas Medical School at Houston (USA), and Charité – Virchow-Klinikum in Berlin (Germany).
Since 2017, Professor Karczewski has served as Head of the Department and Clinic of General and Transplant Surgery at the University Clinical Hospital in Poznań. He is an active member of numerous scientific organizations, including the Polish Transplantation Society, the Association of Polish Surgeons, the American Society of Transplant Surgeons, and the International Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association.
He has been honored with the Gold Cross of Merit (2010) and the title of Meritorious Contributor to Culture (1998).
In his business activities, he founded the Bamberski Dwór Specialist Diagnostic and Treatment Center in Poznań (2004) and co-founded the Solumed Clinic. Both institutions are recognized for their high standards of medical care, innovation, and commitment to creating a supportive work environment.
